Pour-over Coffee

Nordic Roast
A roast philosophy built on origin character, clean flavour and bright acidity — showing off crisp acidity, florals and juicy fruit.

Light Roast
A short-development roast; dry, oil-free beans with ~11–14% weight loss. Emphasises acidity, floral and fruity notes, keeping more of the bean's origin character.

Omni Roast (1)
Less a roast level than a strategy — a balance point that works across brew methods. The same bean shines as pour-over or espresso, with attention to the front, middle and finish.

Omni Roast (2)
Leans on sugar development during the roast (lower acidity), letting aroma and sweetness spread across the palate. Works equally as pour-over or espresso.
Single-origin pour-over — each cup uses a roast strategy chosen to highlight origin character and clean flavour.
